CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total service cost. No-shows or appointments cancelled within 2 hours of appointment time will be charged 95% of the service amount. Any deposit paid will be applied toward the cancellation or no-show fee and does not replace it. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will owe 95% of the total service cost, minus any deposit already paid. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee may apply if time allows. If your appointment can no longer be accommodated, it may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
